Carol Hollenbeck, PT, DPT
Geriatric Specialist
Carol has provided out-patient physical therapy services on St. Pete Beach since 2003, when she opened Fit For Life Health Club & Physical Therapy Clinic. After the 2024 hurricanes destroyed the property, she has reopened her practice with renewed dedication to helping her community stay active and recover from injury, surgery, illness or improve their functional level as they manage chronic conditions such as Parkinson's, Diabetes, Heart Disease & more. Carol has experience across many areas of physical therapy rehab including hospitals, nursing homes, home health, and finally 20 years in outpatient care. A lifelong fitness enthusiast, Carol also enjoys hiking, traveling, and learning about history. She lives by the motto: "Make Fitness a Habit at FitHab!”
