Carol Hollenbeck, PT, DPT
Geriatric Specialist
Carol has provided outpatient physical therapy services on St. Pete Beach since 2003, when she opened Fit For Life Health Club & Physical Therapy Clinic. She specializes in geriatrics, orthopedics, and overall wellness, offering personalized care that helps patients stay active, recover from injury or surgery, and improve their functional level while managing chronic conditions such as Parkinson’s, Diabetes, Heart Disease, and more. After the 2024 hurricanes destroyed her original clinic, Carol reopened her practice with renewed dedication to serving her community. She brings extensive experience across multiple areas of physical therapy, including hospitals, nursing homes, home health, and more than 21 years in outpatient therapy on St Pete Beach. A lifelong fitness enthusiast, Carol enjoys hiking, traveling, and learning about history. She lives by her motto: “Make Fitness a Habit at FitHab!”
